Every order from Mouse & Meg is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or product launches, this may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

UK delivery
We use reliable postal services to deliver your order. Delivery times are usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

International delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location, but typically range from 5–14 working days.

Packaging
All prints are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use responsibly sourced, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated (for example, where shipping is included in a product such as subscriptions).

Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays with postal services are outside of our control.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
