We hope you love your Mouse & Meg print as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is made to order with great care and attention.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised designs are made especially for you, so they’re non-refundable unless we’ve made an error.
Please make sure all names, dates and details are correct before completing your order, as we print exactly what you provide.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please email info@mouseandmeg.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo if possible. We’ll review it and do our best to sort things out quickly.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

If you’d like to return a non-personalised print, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
